Individual Therapy

There are countless reasons for an individual to seek therapy, but regardless of the reason, seeking help is a courageous act. You may have been in therapy previously, or perhaps you are considering it for the first time. Sometimes challenges come and go, and because of that therapy can either be long-term or short-term in order to get you through a specific challenge. Therapy will be unique to you as an individual and I will not use a cookie cutter approach. Therapy works best when we work collaboratively with one another, and you as a client are an active participant in the process.
